Arts, Activism and Advocacy Writer's Workshop
featuring Staceyann Chin
The Arts, Advocacy and Activism workshop will provide insight on how to write from a place of empowerment. Staceyann Chin, an "out poet and political activist," will demonstrate how art and activism can be integrated into your creative work. Chin will share how her life experiences have influenced her writing and made an impact on audiences worldwide. The workshop is an opportunity to share work, engage in dialogue, learn to write from a place of power, and contribute to social change in the community.
