Rogers, Jr. is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ariel Capital Management, LLC, an institutional money management firm that he founded in 1983, which boasts over $19 billion in assets under management. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of the Lab Schools and a Trustee of the University of Chicago.
