Aaron McGruder, the creator of the comic strip The Boondocks

Aaron McGruder, the creator of the comic strip The Boondocks, speaks at the University of Chicago as part of the Center for the Study of Race, Politics and Culture Annual Public Lecture Series on Friday, November 1 at 6pm at 1414 East 59th Street (International House). The talk will be followed by a public conversation between Mr. McGruder and weekly op-ed columnist for the Chicago Tribune, Salim Muwakkil. The event is free and open to the public.
