Reproduction of Race and Racial Ideologies Working Group

The Reproduction of Race and Racial Ideologies Working Group aims to provide an intellectual community where graduate students from all disciplines and departments can share their projects that engage with epistemologies of racialization and ethnicity. Our goal is to support projects at all stages of writing, including but not limited to: dissertation chapters, conference papers and presentations, book reviews, and creative works. The current format of the workshop is Invite-only. We highly encourage and welcome the workshopping of works-in-progress. If you have questions, please contact the workshop coordinator Ashley Truehart. Join the listserv

The workshop enjoys support from the Center for the Study of Race, Politics, and Culture (CSRPC) at the University of Chicago.

Persons with a disability who believe they may need assistance in order to participate in these events should contact the workshop coordinator by email.
